Running a shop in New Palam Vihar 3 means you see a lot of people every day. Most folks come in because they have a problem with their phone or they need a new connection. We try to keep things simple and just tell people what can be fixed and what cannot. It is a small space, so it gets crowded pretty fast when a few people are waiting. We have got cables and parts scattered around the workbench most of the time. It is not a quiet job, there is always a phone ringing or someone asking about a bill. We have been in this spot for a while and we know most of the people who live nearby. It feels more like a local hangout sometimes than just a business. We do not have any big corporate training, we just learned by doing and fixing things as they came in. Sometimes parts take a few days to arrive and we have to explain that to people who are in a hurry. We just do our best to get things back in working order. The street outside is usually busy, so there is always something going on. It is a bit messy behind the counter, but that is just how it goes when you are busy. We are not doing anything fancy here, just helping people stay connected and making sure their gadgets actually work when they leave the shop.
