You can find us at Kaman Sarai right near the PNB bank. It’s a very busy spot because of the bank and all the other shops nearby. Our shop is usually filled with people coming in to get their mobile phones sorted out or to buy a new SIM card. We have a lot of chargers, headphones, and cases hanging on the walls, and sometimes it gets so crowded in here that it’s hard to move. We spend our day talking to people about their data plans or trying to fix a screen that someone dropped on the pavement outside. Since we are near the bank, there is a constant flow of people and it never really stays quiet for long. We don't have a lot of space for sitting around, so it’s mostly standing and working through the line of customers. The air conditioner struggles when the door is opening and closing every two minutes, but we make do. It’s a simple shop where we try to have a solution for whatever phone trouble someone is having. Sometimes we have to tell people that their old phone isn't worth fixing anymore, which is never a fun conversation. But mostly, it’s just small talk and getting people back on their way with a working phone. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the regular customers know they can just drop by when they need something quick. It is just a part of the daily Kaman Sarai rush.
