Reed Exhibitions

You can find Reed Exhibitions on the first floor of 339/4 in Urban Estate. We are in Sector 4 of Gurgaon, which is a bit different from the flashy Cyber City area. This part of 122002 is much more settled and has a local feel to it. Our office is a straightforward space where we plan and organize various exhibitions. It’s not a huge place, but it’s functional. We have desks for everyone and a few tables where we spread out large floor plans. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we’ve learned to be careful. We spend most of our time coordinating with different people and making sure everything is on track. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. The windows look out onto the street, and we often see the same people walking their dogs or going to the shops. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or free snacks. We just have our work and a kettle for making tea. We’ve been in Haryana for a while and we like the pace here in Sector 4. When things get busy before an event, the office gets a bit noisy, but we always pull through. It’s just a normal, hardworking group of people doing their jobs. No frills, just steady work. The office can get a bit stuffy, so we keep the windows open.
