Reed Exhibitions

You can find us over at Gulmohar Colony in Pune, specifically at Kamal, Survey No.73. We are quite close to Jagtap Estate in the Pimple Gurav area. It is a quiet enough part of town until we start getting ready for a big exhibition. Then it gets a bit hectic around the office. We spend most of our time organizing these large-scale shows. It takes months of planning just for a few days of actual event time. There are always a million emails to answer and floor layouts to change at the last minute. We are not really into the flashy side of things. Most of us just wear comfortable shoes and try to keep the coffee pot full. Managing exhibitions means you are dealing with a lot of different people all at once. It can be a headache, but it is what we do. The office in Pune is where all the boring but necessary stuff happens. We track registrations, talk to contractors, and make sure the schedules actually work. It is not always a smooth process, and we definitely have some long days when a deadline is approaching. But we have been at this for a while now. We know the local area well and how things work around here. It is just a group of us trying to keep everything on track so the exhibitors have a place to stand. It is honest work and it keeps our small team quite busy throughout the year.
