Reed Exhibitions

Our place is over at Rz-K4 in Gopal Nagar, specifically Phase-II in the Nazafgarh area of New Delhi. Reed Exhibitions has this office here to handle the local side of things. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center, but it’s a good spot for us. Most of what we do involves planning and organizing, which means lots of lists, phone calls, and coordinating with different vendors. The office is pretty basic. We have a few tables pushed together and some shelves full of old folders and event materials. It feels like a workspace where things actually get done rather than a place for showing off. We deal with a lot of logistics, which can be a headache when things don't arrive on time, but we’re used to it by now. The neighborhood is mostly residential and small shops, so it’s fairly quiet except for the usual street noise. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time staring at floor plans on our monitors. It’s a lot of grunt work behind the scenes to make sure an event goes off right. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just us trying to keep everything organized so nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a practical job, and we just show up every day and do our best to stay on top of the schedule. We’ve been here for a while and the routine works for our team.
