This branch is over at G1/35 in South City 2, Gurgaon. It’s a different vibe here than our other spots, a bit more residential nearby, so we have to be mindful of the noise we make during the day. We spend our hours tucked away in the office or out back checking the equipment. The Haryana sun is always a factor, especially when you're trying to keep the concrete at the right temperature for the projects. We have a decent little team here. Most of us have been in the industry for years, so we’ve seen all the ways things can go wrong and how to fix them. We don't use a lot of big words or have fancy meetings. Usually, it's just a quick chat over tea about the day's schedule. The trucks come and go through the gate, and we try to keep the dust down as much as we can for the neighbors. It’s a practical workspace. We’ve got some old furniture and a lot of logbooks that keep us organized. Life in South City 2 is busy, but we just focus on our little corner and the work we have. Sometimes the deliveries are delayed because of the city traffic, which can be a real headache for everyone. But we just deal with it and keep the machines running until the job is done for the day.
