We are located on Railway Road, specifically at Baba Prakash Puri Chowk. It is a busy spot and we have been here for quite some time now. We handle cement, which is heavy and dusty work, but someone has to do it. People come by mostly for bags of cement to do house repairs or for their bigger building projects in the area. We spend most of our day keeping the stock ready and making sure the trucks get loaded correctly. It is not a fancy office at all. We just have some desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork to track the inventory coming in and out. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains because you absolutely cannot get cement wet. We spend a lot of time checking the stacks to make sure everything is dry. Our neighbors know us well since we see the same faces every week. It is a very straightforward job. We get the orders, check the weight, and send the materials out to the sites. Most of the guys working here live nearby, so we do not have to travel very far to get to work. It involves a lot of lifting and counting. You get used to the smell of the warehouse after a few days. We do not do much advertising because everyone around the chowk knows where to find us. If you walk down Railway Road, you will see our sign. It is just a regular place.
