Rao Communication

You can find Rao Communication at Shop No 5 on New Mata Road. We are right there in the New Colony area. It’s a busy street with plenty of people walking by all the time. Our shop is small, but we pack a lot into it. We mostly deal with mobile phones, repairs, and recharges. It’s the kind of place where you can just drop in if your screen is cracked or your SIM card isn't working. I’ve been working at Shop No 5 for quite a while now. The noise from New Mata Road is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have a fancy waiting room. There are just a few stools if you need to sit down while we look at your phone. I try to get things fixed as fast as I can because I know people can't live without their devices these days. Sometimes a repair takes longer than I thought, and I have to ask the customer to come back later. We don't do big advertisements. Most of our customers are locals from New Colony who know where we are. It’s an honest way to make a living. The shop gets a bit hot in the summer, but we keep the fan going. It’s just a regular communication shop trying to do a good job for the folks around here.
