Raj Restaurant

We are located at 1538 in the Sector 31 Huda Market. It’s a pretty busy area, especially being near Modern Mart and right across from Uni World City. Our shop isn’t anything too special to look at from the outside, just a regular place where we cook and serve. The Huda Market is always buzzing with people running errands, so we see a lot of foot traffic. Most of my day is spent in the back, making sure the ingredients are fresh and the stove is hot. We don't have those polished corporate vibes here. It’s more of a place where the regulars come in and know exactly where to sit. Sometimes the chairs might squeak, or the menu has a smudge on it, but that’s just how a real local kitchen is. We’ve been here in Sector 31 for a good while now. Being opposite Uni World City means we get a lot of folks coming over after work. We don't do big advertisements. We just rely on people walking by and smelling the food. It’s a lot of hard work, especially during the lunch hour when everyone is in a rush. We try our best to keep up, even when the kitchen gets cramped. It’s just a small team of us working here, trying to make things go smoothly in the middle of the market chaos. We just keep cooking and serving what people like.
