We are located at 870/2 in Ganga Vihar, right on the main bus stand road. It is a very busy area, especially with the buses coming and going all day long. Being near Mamta Hospital makes it a spot that most people in Gurgaon know how to find. Our days usually start very early in the morning when we begin prepping for the catering jobs. There is a lot of cleaning, cutting, and getting the big cooking fires started. We handle various types of food for different gatherings. The noise from the traffic outside is constant, but inside we are focused on the recipes and the packing. It takes a lot of coordination to get all the food, the serving staff, and the equipment to a venue on time. We use a lot of big steel containers and heavy-duty burners. It is physical work, and we are often on our feet for twelve hours or more at a stretch. We don't really have a fancy office; it is more of a workspace where the real business of cooking happens. The main road can be a bit chaotic with the crowd, but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We have been serving food around here for quite some time, just doing the work as it comes and making sure we don't run out of supplies during a big party.
