R N Garg Sons is a family-run spot at shop 64 in Krishna Market, right here in DLF City. My father started things and now we just keep it going. It’s a small place, but we pack a lot into it. The market is usually buzzing with people looking for their daily needs. We’ve seen kids grow up and start coming here with their own families. That’s the best part of being in one place for so long. The shelves are always full, maybe a little too full sometimes. It can be hard to find things if you don't know where to look, but we know where every single item is hidden. Krishna Market has a certain rhythm to it. Early mornings are quiet while we set things up, then it picks up by noon. We don’t really do any big advertising. Word of mouth from people in DLF City has always been enough for us. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs something we don’t have, we try to tell them where else they might find it. It’s just how we were raised to do business. The shop floor is a bit worn down from all the footsteps over the years. We could renovate, but then it wouldn't feel like the same place. It’s home to us. We spend more time here than at our actual houses most weeks. It’s just a regular life in a busy market, keeping the shelves stocked.
