Our little spot is located at Shop Sf 74 on the first floor of the Galleria building. If you know DLF Phase 4 in Gurgaon, you know how busy Galleria can get. It is pretty much the heart of the area. We spend most of our time talking about bars and how to run them better. It is not just about the drinks, it is about the whole setup. Being on the first floor is nice because we get a bit of a view of the shoppers downstairs without all the noise. We started here because we liked the energy of Gurgaon. Sometimes the parking at Galleria is a total nightmare, so we usually tell people to come early. Inside the shop, it is mostly just us and some papers. We are not a big firm with hundreds of people. It is a small team and we like it that way. We spend our mornings answering calls and our afternoons usually out at different sites. The address is pretty easy to find once you get inside the mall. Just look for the stairs or the lift to the first floor. We have seen a lot of businesses come and go in this building, but we have managed to stick around. It is a good place to work from. We keep things simple and just focus on the consulting work. No big fancy meetings, just honest talk about what works for a bar and what does not.
