Pulani Communication

You’ll find Pulani Communication on Khandsa Road, specifically at Shiv Park 605/22. This area is always buzzing with people and motorbikes, so it’s never quiet. Our shop is small, like most of the others on this street. We spend our days behind the counter helping people with their phone problems. Whether it’s a screen that cracked or someone needing a quick recharge for their talk time, we handle it as it comes. The walls are lined with different mobile covers and chargers because that’s what most people are looking for. It gets really hot in the afternoons, especially when the power goes off and the small fan stops spinning. We know most of the regular customers by name since they live in the nearby houses in Shiv Park. It’s a simple setup. We have a small glass display case and a few stools for people to sit on while they wait for their SIM cards to activate. Khandsa Road can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, with all the rickshaws blocking the way, but it brings a lot of foot traffic to our door. We don't do any big advertising. People just see the shop when they are walking to the market or going home from work. It’s just a regular local communication shop where we try to keep everyone’s phones working so they can stay connected with their families. That is pretty much what we do all day long.
