Paul Communication

Subhash Nagar 239/11 is where we set up Paul Communication. It’s a residential area mostly so we see the same people all the time. Our shop is right on the street level and it’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the sign. We do recharge services and fix minor hardware issues on most phone brands. My desk is usually covered in wires and different types of screwdrivers. I’ve been working with electronics since I was a teenager so this felt like the right thing to do. The neighborhood is usually loud with kids playing or cars passing by. We keep a small stool outside for people to sit on if they are waiting for a quick fix. Sometimes we run out of a specific screen protector and have to tell people to come back the next day. It’s just a normal local shop. We don’t have a website or fancy business cards. People just know us by word of mouth. If someone’s battery is dying fast we can usually swap it out in twenty minutes. It gets a bit cold in the winter because the front is open but we just wear extra sweaters. We like being part of Subhash Nagar. It's a busy life but it keeps us going every day. The walls could use a new coat of paint but for now we are just focused on getting the repairs done. We keep some pens and notebooks for sale too since there is a school nearby. It's just a small local business.
