Pankaj Communication

Pankaj Communication is a small shop we run on Khandsa Road. It’s not in a fancy mall or anything, just a regular spot on a busy street. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name. The shop is usually filled with the sound of the radio and people coming in to ask about their phone bills or repairs. Khandsa Road is always loud, and there’s always someone honking outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around mobile electronics. We handle the day-to-day stuff like recharges and fixing screens. Sometimes someone will bring in a phone that’s been dropped in water, and we do what we can to save it. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We don’t put on any airs about being the best; we just try to be helpful. Our counter is usually a bit cluttered with tools and parts, but that’s just how we work. We aren't interested in being a big chain. We just like having our own place on Khandsa Road where we can earn a living and help out the local people. It’s a simple setup, and we plan to keep it that way for the foreseeable future. There isn't much more to say than that, we just work here every day.
