Oriental Fusion/Ragas Restaurant

A-112 in Super Mart-1 is where we stay. People sometimes get confused because they see Oriental Fusion on one sign and Ragas Restaurant on another, but it's all us. Super Mart-1 is one of those places in DLF City Phase 4 that never really sleeps. Our kitchen is right in the thick of it. We spend a lot of time dealing with the usual market stuff, like deliveries arriving at the wrong door or the power acting up when the summer heat hits Gurgaon. It’s a busy spot, and the floor usually has a bit of wear and tear from all the feet walking through. We don't bother with those fancy corporate training manuals or polished uniforms. Most of the staff learned by just doing the work every single day. We’ve got different types of food because that’s what people around here asked for over the years. Some days the place is packed and noisy, and other days it’s just the hum of the fridge and us getting ready for the dinner rush. We aren't trying to be the most stylish place in the city. We just want to make sure the plates are full and the tables are wiped down. Being in Phase 4 means we see all sorts of people, from office workers to families. It’s a lot of work keeping two names going under one roof, but we’ve managed it so far. It’s just our life here in the market.
