Om Communication

Om Communication is located on M G Road in the Sikanderpur area. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of commuters passing through every single day. We set up this shop to help people with their mobile needs, whether it's a quick recharge or a new cable for their charger because the old one frayed. The shop isn't very big, and it gets quite dusty because of all the traffic on M G Road. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass counters, but the dirt always finds its way back in. We aren't a big chain or a franchise. It’s just me and a cousin running the place from morning till night. We see all sorts of people, from laborers to office workers, and they all have the same problems with their phones. We try to give them a straight answer and tell them what things will cost upfront without any hidden extras. Sometimes we can't fix a phone because we don't have the right parts, and we tell them that too. There's no point in making promises we can't keep. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to look bigger than we are. We are just a small shop in Sikanderpur trying to make a living and help our customers stay connected with their friends. It’s a good spot to be in, right in the middle of everything that goes on in this part of Gurgaon.
