N.S. Concretes Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Sector 40 in Gurgaon. If you know this part of Haryana, you know it's developed a lot lately. We’ve been here at 73P for a good stretch of time. Concrete is what we know. It’s heavy, it’s messy, and it’s what keeps the city growing. We see all the new buildings going up around us and know we have a small part in that. The office is usually a bit busy with people coming in and out to talk about projects. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maps of the local area. Gurgaon can be a fast-paced place, but we try to keep our heads down and focus on the concrete. We’ve got a mix of young guys and some who have been doing this for decades. It’s a good balance. The trucks come and go all day long. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear yourself think. We don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. We just want to make sure the mix is right and the deliveries are on time. That’s what matters in this business. It's practical work for practical people. We've seen the sector change, but the basic way we work stays pretty much the same.
