Nisha Communication

Nisha Communication is a little shop located at 1920/3 on New Mata Road in Rajiv Nagar. We mostly handle things like mobile recharges, new connections, and some minor repairs if the phone isn't too badly broken. The shop is tucked away in a busy part of the street, so it's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We have been in this spot for several years now, and the neighbors all know us. It’s a one-room setup with a counter and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their talk time to be added or their SIM card to finally activate. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything, just a small hand-painted board outside. The fan inside makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps us cool enough during the Gurgaon summers. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use a small battery to keep the lights and the computer on. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for us and our customers. We aren't trying to sell you the most expensive phone or a fancy plan you don't really need. We just help you get back on your phone so you can call your family or get your work done. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. Most people just come for the convenience of having us nearby when their phone balance runs out.
