Nehra Communication

Nehra Communication is situated in Gurgaon Village, specifically in the Gandhi Nagar area. We started this place to help people with their phone needs and other small electronics. It’s a small shop tucked away on a local street. We sell SIM cards, do recharges, and sometimes fix broken screens if we have the parts. The counter is usually covered with different phone cases and chargers. It gets a bit crowded when more than two people are inside. We don't have a big staff, it's mostly just me or a family member behind the desk. We listen to the radio or have a small TV on to pass the time when it's quiet. People from the village come in to pay their bills or ask questions about their devices. We aren't experts in everything, but we try to figure it out. The walls are lined with posters from different mobile companies. Sometimes the internet connection in the shop is slow, which makes the recharges take longer. We just tell the customers to wait a minute while it loads. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know most of the people who walk through the door. It’s a simple life here in Gandhi Nagar and we’re happy to be part of the community. We stay open until late evening so workers can stop by.
