Neelkanth Communication

If you go to Palam Vihar and look for Shop No 9A, that is where you will find us. We called it Neelkanth Communication. It is a simple spot. We aren't doing anything fancy here. Mostly we just handle calls, recharges, and some basic phone stuff. The shop is a bit cramped because we have boxes piled up in the corner. We keep meaning to clear them out, but new stuff always arrives before we get the chance. The floor is tile and it is a bit cracked near the door. Nobody seems to mind much. People from around Palam Vihar just drop in when they are passing by to run errands. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and stay until late at night. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to apologize to the people waiting. It is just a regular local business. We have a small desk and a couple of stools for people to sit on if they have to wait for a bit. It is nothing like those big stores in the malls. It is just a place to get things done. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. It makes the day go faster when you can have a quick chat while you work. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to keep the shop running and help out the neighbors.
