We are over at Crosspoint Mall in DLF Phase IV. If you know Gurgaon, you know how busy this mall gets, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We are in shop 220. It isn’t the biggest space, but we make it work. Most days it’s just us trying to keep up with the lunch rush from the nearby offices. The mall has a lot of fancy spots, but we just try to keep things steady. It can be a bit hard to find us if you aren't looking, but we’ve been here for a while now. The air conditioning sometimes struggles when it’s forty degrees outside, yet we keep the kitchen running. We don't have a big fancy team, just a few of us who know the menu by heart. Sometimes the music is a bit loud because the guy at the counter likes his old songs. We see the same faces every week, mostly people living in DLF who just want a quick meal without the fuss. It’s a lot of work running a place in a mall like this. The rent isn't cheap and the hours are long, but we like the spot. If you are walking around Galleria or Crosspoint, you might have seen our sign. We don't spend much on advertising, mostly just people telling their friends. It’s just food, served the way we know how.
