Bisque Restaurant

You can find Bisque Restaurant over at the Central Arcade in DLF Phase II. We are in units 133 and 134. It is a pretty well-known spot in the 122002 area code. We have been around for a bit, just doing our thing in this corner of the arcade. It isn't a massive place, but we make the most of the space we have. Working in DLF Phase II means we see a lot of people who work in the nearby offices or live in the apartments around here. The Central Arcade is usually buzzing, so there is always something going on outside our door. We are not trying to be the most stylish place in the world. We just keep the tables clean and the food moving. It is a small team of us running the show. We handle the cooking, the cleaning, and the talking to customers ourselves. Sometimes it is quiet, and other times it is a bit of a rush. We do not have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just the restaurant and the people who come in to eat. We like the vibe of this part of town. It feels modern but still has that local feel once you step inside. We focus on getting things right for the people who walk in. It is a straightforward life running a restaurant at 133 and 134. We just keep at it day after day.
