N K Caterers

Our shop is down on the LG floor of Sushant Shopping Arcade in Sushant Lok Phase 1. It’s C 37, tucked away a bit, so you have to look for it. N K Caterers is a small operation. We’ve been in this basement spot for quite a while now. The arcade is an old place, and everyone knows everyone else. We spend our time prepping for events, mostly local stuff around Gurgaon. It gets a bit cramped when we have big containers of food ready to go out, but we make it work. The lighting in the basement isn't the best, but we have our own setup to keep things bright. We aren't trying to be the biggest catering name out there. We just focus on making sure the rice is fluffy and the curries are hot. Our team is small, mostly cousins and people from the neighborhood. When the arcade gets busy on weekends, it's a lot of noise and people walking past, but down here it stays productive. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of kitchen equipment. We write our orders down in a big ledger because we’re used to it. Sometimes the rain causes a bit of a puddle near the entrance, but we just sweep it out. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us. We handle the cooking and the cleaning ourselves. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
