We are located at units 14 and 15 in Nehru Market. It's a decent-sized space for a mobile shop, though it feels smaller when the stock arrives. We have glass cases filled with different phone models and a lot of accessories hanging on the walls. Most of the day is spent looking at cracked screens or trying to figure out why a battery won't charge anymore. It can get pretty noisy in the market, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out shopping. I've been working here for quite a while now. We handle a lot of different brands, whatever people are using these days. Sometimes a customer comes in with a very old phone, and we have to hunt for parts in the back room. It's a lot of sitting behind a desk with small screwdrivers and tweezers. We have a few chairs for people to wait while we look at their devices. The lighting in the back isn't the best, but we manage to see what we are doing. We aren't some high-end showroom with glass walls, just a place to get your phone sorted out. We keep a stock of screen guards and covers because everyone drops their phone at some point. It's a steady life here in the market. We open up in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down at night. It's just what we do every day.
