Mapsor Event Private Limited

Down in Sector-55, in Block-A-59 of Sushant Lok-2, is where we run Mapsor Event. Gurgaon is a massive place with events happening everywhere, so we are usually out on the road more than we are in the office. The office itself is just a base of operations where we keep our files and the extra equipment. It’s a bit cramped because we’ve accumulated so many banners and stands over time. We started as a small team and we’ve stayed that way mostly. It’s easier to manage things ourselves. We deal with all sorts of logistics, from finding enough chairs to making sure the sound system doesn't quit halfway through. It’s stressful work, especially when a client changes their mind an hour before a show starts. We’ve had plenty of rainy days where we had to scramble to cover everything with plastic sheets. The neighborhood here is mostly quiet, which is a nice change from the chaos of the event venues. We don't have any flashy signs outside, just the name on the door. Usually, there’s a stack of delivery boxes blocking the entrance. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, just trying to do a solid job. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating with vendors and checking on staff. It's just a regular office where we work hard and hope for no traffic on the way to the site. Sometimes we just sit on the floor and sort through cables for hours to keep our inventory ready.
