Maadhyam Events

Maadhyam Events is based out of Ardee City, specifically in DLF City Phase 2, Dakshin MG 22. It’s a residential-feeling area but we keep pretty busy with all kinds of event planning. We’ve been here for a while now and most of our days are spent on the phone or driving around to different venues. It’s a lot of logistics, honestly. You have to make sure the tents are up, the food is arriving at the right time, and the music isn’t too loud for the neighbors. Being in Ardee City is convenient for us because we can get to most places fairly quickly. We aren’t a huge company with fancy suits. Most of the time we are in jeans and t-shirts because we’re the ones moving the furniture and setting up the backdrops. It gets dusty and tiring, but that is the nature of this business. We’ve seen all sorts of requests over the years, some easy and some that take a lot of head-scratching. We just take it day by day. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck getting stuck in traffic or a client changing their mind at the last second. We just roll with it and find a solution. That’s what we do here at our little office in Phase 2. We keep things simple and try to be honest about what we can get done in the time we have available.
