Maa Charat Caterers

We are based out of the Neelkant Office area in South City-2, Gurgaon. Maa Charat Caterers is basically a local setup where we handle food for all sorts of small and big occasions. Being in South City-2 means being around a lot of families and offices, so we see a bit of everything. There isn't some big philosophy about food here. We just cook what people ask for and try to make sure there is enough for everyone to eat. The kitchen stays pretty busy most of the week. You can usually find us there checking on the supplies or packing up boxes for a delivery nearby. It’s not a quiet job. There is always noise, whether it's the clinking of dishes or someone shouting an order. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. New buildings go up and more people move in, but we stay right here. It is a family-run kind of thing, so you won't find any corporate layers if you talk to us. You just speak to whoever is available at the desk or in the back. Sometimes the weather gets too hot and makes working in the kitchen tough, but the work continues. We just want to make sure that when someone hires us, they don't have to worry about the kitchen side of things. Mostly, it's about getting the containers loaded and arriving at the venue before the guests do.
