You can find us on the ground floor at Sushant Shopping Arcade, specifically at F-134. We are tucked away in Sushant Lok Phase-1, not too far from the Park Plaza. It’s a busy little spot in Gurgaon. We are part of Poonam Enterprises, though most people just call us Launch House. We spend our days helping people get their new ideas or products out into the world. It’s mostly about logistics and making sure the displays look decent. We aren't a giant agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here, working through the details of whatever project comes our way next. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with samples and boxes everywhere, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations for ourselves. We’d rather just get to work and make sure the event or the launch happens on time. The mall can get crowded on weekends, but we are usually there early or late getting things sorted. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with clients and figuring out the best way to use the space we have. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the neighbors know us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing for each person who walks through the door. There is always a new challenge, and we just handle it one task at a time.
