Lanco Solar Pvt Ltd is over at Plot No. 229 in Udyog Vihar Phase I. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving around and people heading to work early. Our building is pretty straightforward, nothing special to look at, but it works for what we do. We spend our days dealing with solar panels and parts. The warehouse part of the plot usually has something going on. It’s dusty sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in Phase I. We’ve got a few desks and a lot of equipment. We aren't the type to write long speeches about what we do. We just come in, check the orders, and see what needs fixing. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic around Udyog Vihar, but we’re used to it by now. Most of us have been here for a good bit of time. We keep things simple. No big meetings that last forever, just quick chats to get things done. If you ever come by Plot No. 229, you’ll see us busy with something or the other. It’s a working space, plain and simple. We focus on the hardware and the technical bits that go into the solar setups we handle every day. It's a lot of manual labor and checking lists, but it's what we do.
