You can find us at Shop No 9 in Jaina Market, right in the Civil Lines area. It’s one of those busy markets where something is always happening. We do a bit of everything here when it comes to phones and communication. Most of the time we’re sitting behind the glass counter, talking to people about their bills or showing them a new handset. The shop isn't very wide, so it gets a bit cramped if more than four people come in at once. We’ve got shelves stacked high with boxes of cables, chargers, and power banks. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find us easily enough. We open up around ten in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There’s a lot of paperwork with the new connections, which can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We use an old desktop computer for most of the logging. It’s not a high-tech place, just a regular local shop where we try to get things done right. Sometimes we share a tea with the guy from the neighboring shop when things are slow. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people walking by. It's a lot of repetitive tasks, but it’s what we know how to do. The floor needs a new coat of paint, but we haven't found the time yet because there is always some small repair work to finish.
