Out here at 147 in Sector 5, Imt Manesar, things are a bit different than the main Gurgaon city. It’s an industrial area, so it’s all about trucks and warehouses and people getting to work early. Kobian Electonics India Pvt Ltd has been based in this unit for quite some time. The building is pretty standard for the area, big and functional. We spend our days dealing with the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s dusty out here sometimes with all the construction and the big vehicles moving around, but we’re used to it. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the fans and people talking. We don't spend much time worrying about how the front office looks. It’s more about the work happening in the back. Manesar is a long drive for some of us, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. The canteen nearby is where most of us end up at noon for a quick bite. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have fancy carpets or glass walls. Just desks, computers, and the boxes of stock. People who come here are usually here for business, not for a tour. We’ve seen the sector grow quite a bit over the years. More buildings went up, and there's more traffic on the main road. But inside our walls, we just keep doing what we’ve always done.
