Jyoti Communication

Jyoti Communication is over on Palam Gurgaon Road, in the Ashok Nagar area of Palam Vihar. We are at number 1. It is a straight shot down the road, and you can’t really miss us if you are looking for a place to handle your phone stuff. The road is always under some kind of construction or just really busy with trucks and cars. Because of that, we get a lot of people stopping by who are just passing through. We handle a lot of recharges and small repairs. The shop is a simple room with a counter and some shelves. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning, so we keep the door wide open most of the time to let the breeze in. It gets a bit dusty because of the traffic on Palam Gurgaon Road, but we’ve gotten used to cleaning the glass cases every morning. It’s a family business, really. We spend our days chatting with the locals from Ashok Nagar and helping them out with whatever their phones are doing wrong. We don't use any big machines or complicated systems. It's just us and our tools. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit on the steps until it comes back on. It’s a slow and steady way to live, and we like the people we meet.
