July Telecom

July Telecom is located in Jyoti Park, and it’s a small shop that’s usually pretty packed. We spend most of the day handling phone recharges and fixing small issues people have with their SIM cards. It's not a big fancy showroom, just a counter with a few stools for people to sit while they wait. The walls are covered in posters for data plans and mobile accessories. Sometimes it gets quite loud because the street outside is always busy with bikes and people walking by. We also sell things like screen guards and those colorful plastic phone covers. If the internet goes down, it gets a bit stressful because everyone wants their stuff done right away. We’ve had this spot for a while and the neighbors all know us. My brother helps out on the weekends when it gets extra busy. We usually have the radio playing in the background to pass the time. It’s mostly routine stuff, checking phones that won't turn on or helping someone set up their new email. We don't have a big staff, just two or three of us. The lighting isn't the best in the back of the shop, but we make do with a desk lamp when we’re doing repairs. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if someone is coming from far away to pick up their phone. It’s a decent living and we enjoy the daily chat with the regulars who come by for their monthly recharge.
