Jatin Communication

Jatin Communication is located in Rajiv Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for a while. The shop is mostly for mobile recharges and fixing small issues with phones. We have a lot of different cables and adapters hanging on the walls. It’s usually me or my brother behind the counter. We start the day around ten in the morning and stay open until late evening. A lot of students come in to get their data packs topped up. We also help people who are having trouble with their phone settings. It’s not a corporate store or anything like that. Just a local spot where you can get your phone fixed without much fuss. We have a small bench for people to sit while they wait. The street outside is always dusty, so we have to wipe the glass every few hours. We also do photocopies and some basic printing if someone needs it for school or work. Sometimes we run out of change, which is a bit of a headache. We know most of the people on this block by name. It’s a regular shop for regular needs. We don't try to sell people stuff they don't need, we just fix what's broken or add the balance they want. That’s pretty much what we do every day.
