Jagdish Communication

Jagdish Communication is located in Prem Nagar, Sector 12, near the Gurgaon H.O. It is a busy little corner of the city. We have been here in this shop for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent dealing with mobile phone issues. People come in because they dropped their phone in water or the buttons stopped working. We also sell a lot of recharges and SIM cards. The shop is small and sometimes it gets crowded if three or four people come in at once. We have a glass counter where we keep some basic accessories like cables and covers. It’s nothing fancy, just the stuff people actually need. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can’t do the digital recharges, which makes the customers a bit annoyed, but we just wait for it to come back. We know most of the people who live in Prem Nagar by name now. They stop by just to say hello or ask about the latest phone models even if they aren't buying anything. The traffic outside in Sector 12 can be a nightmare during the evening hours, so it’s usually quite loud with all the horns. We keep the fan going and just focus on the work in front of us. It’s a simple life running a mobile shop, and we are just glad to be a part of the local neighborhood. We try to be fair with everyone who visits us.
