Ishu Communication

Being at Khandsa Road 39 means we are right in the thick of it. This road is always crowded with bikes and people walking by. Our shop, Ishu Communication, is where we spend most of our waking hours. We deal with everything related to mobile phones. You have people coming in with phones that fell in water, or buttons that don't click anymore. It is a lot of hands-on work. The workbench is usually a mess of small screws and screwdrivers. We try to keep it organized, but when you have five repairs waiting, it gets difficult. The air here usually smells like solder and the street food from the stall next door. We’ve been at this location for some time now, so most people around here know us by name. It isn't a corporate setup. It is just us and a couple of stools for customers to sit on while they wait for their SIM cards to activate. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to come back in an hour, which is frustrating but that is just how things are sometimes. We take the work as it comes and try to be honest about how long a fix will take. There is no point in making promises if the parts aren't available. We just keep the shop open and do what needs doing to keep the business going.
