We are located at Plot No 14 in Phase-1, Hsiidc, Udyog Vihar. Inter Ads-Brooks Exhibitions (India) Pvt Ltd is essentially an office full of people who live and breathe exhibitions. Being in Udyog Vihar means we are surrounded by other businesses, which feels right since we spend most of our time dealing with trade and industry folks. The atmosphere here is usually pretty focused. We have a lot of floor plans pinned to the walls and people are always debating over where a certain booth should go or how the visitor flow will work. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find corporate slogans on the walls. It’s more about the actual work. We coordinate with international partners and local vendors, so the phones are always ringing at odd hours. It gets a bit chaotic when an exhibition is just a few days away, but we’re used to the pressure. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to put a large-scale event together and aren't afraid of the long hours it takes. The office at Plot 14 isn't fancy, but it serves its purpose. We just get in every morning, tackle the emails, and make sure everything is moving forward for the next show on the calendar. It’s a lot of coordination, but we manage.
