Instapower Limited

We are based at 457, Udyog Vihar, Phase V. This is Instapower Limited, and we’ve been in this part of Gurgaon for quite some time. Phase V is always buzzing with activity, so there’s never a quiet moment outside. Our building is a standard industrial block. It’s not particularly modern-looking, but it has everything we need to operate. Most of our day is spent in the office or checking things in the storage area. We don't really have a lot of walk-in visitors, so the place stays focused on work. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we manage. There are a lot of other companies on this road, so the morning commute can be a bit of a crawl. We don't have a corporate cafeteria or anything; most of us just get lunch from the local stalls or bring something from home. It’s a straightforward business environment. We keep our files in metal cabinets and our desks are usually covered in papers. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else in Udyog Vihar. It’s a decent place to be if you want to be near other industries. The back door sticks a bit when it rains, and we keep meaning to shave it down, but we just haven't had the time. We just keep our focus on the daily output.
