Insta Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. is located in Sector 6, Vaishali, right there in Ghaziabad. We’re at Plot 192, in the F-2 spot. If you’ve ever been to a trade show or an event, you know how much work goes into those stalls and displays. That’s what we do here. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, literally and figuratively. Our office is often filled with bits of aluminum frames, fabric samples, and crates waiting to be shipped out. It’s definitely not a quiet place. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with laborers and transport guys to make sure everything arrives at the venue on time. Ghaziabad traffic can be a nightmare, so we’re always checking the clocks. Sometimes things get scratched in transit or a light bulb pops, and we have to fix it on the fly. It’s stressful work but it keeps us on our toes. We don't have a fancy marketing team; we just rely on the fact that we show up and get the booth built. It’s messy and there’s always sawdust or tape lying around. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to put things together and take them apart. We’ve been in this Vaishali spot for a good bit, and we’re used to the fast pace of the exhibition world. We aren't designers in suits, we are builders who know how to make a space look decent for a few days.
