We are located at A 5/16 on the ground floor in DLF City, Phase-1. It’s a pretty standard spot in a residential and commercial mix. Infinity Exhibitions & Conferences Pvt Ltd is what we call our business, and we focus on setting up spaces for people to meet and show off their products. Our office is a ground-floor unit, which makes it very convenient for moving exhibition stands and brochures in and out. We don’t have a big, fancy setup. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of storage for event materials. We spend our days calling vendors, booking halls, and checking on floor plans. Organizing a conference or an exhibition takes a lot of boring, detailed work that most people don't see. We have to make sure the electricity works, the stalls are the right size, and the signage is clear. We don’t use a lot of flowery language to describe our work because it’s mostly just logistics. We are a small team and everyone knows their job. Sometimes we travel to different cities for shows, but this office in Phase-1 is our home base. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for our clients to reach us. We don't have a big sales department. We just do our work and let the results speak for themselves. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes and we like the variety it brings.
