We are located over at 2358/3, Deep Hostel, on the Old Delhi Road in Rajivnagar, Gurgaon. This area is quite different from the shiny Cyber City part of town that you see in the news. Our office is more grounded and sits right in the middle of a busy, lived-in neighborhood. Since we are in the business process side of things, there are always people coming and going at different hours for their shifts. The building isn't a massive skyscraper; it is more of a practical space that fits into the Rajivnagar landscape. Inside, it's mostly rows of computers and headsets and people talking. It can get pretty loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. We have a lot of young people working here who commute from all over the NCR every day. The Old Delhi Road can get extremely congested, so getting to the office is often the hardest part of the day for most of us. We don't have a fancy cafeteria or lounge areas like some of the bigger tech parks have. We usually just grab a snack from the vendors outside on the street or bring something from home to eat quickly. It's a busy, fast-paced environment, but we keep it pretty informal among the staff. We are just focused on getting the calls answered and the data processed as correctly as we can without making any big fuss about our location or the surroundings in this busy area.
