Our branch is tucked away at H.No.101 in Asthal Colony, right on Narela Road in Bawana, Delhi. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here if you’re coming from the center of the city, but this is where the work happens. Bawana is an industrial and residential mix, so the vibe is very grounded and practical. We handle business processes, which means a lot of computer work and following specific steps for every task. The office is located in a regular building, nothing like the big glass towers you see in Gurgaon. We have a lot of people coming in for shifts at different times, so there is always a bit of a buzz in the air. The furniture is functional, and the lighting is just standard office tubes. We don't have any of those fancy break rooms with games, just a simple table where we eat our lunch. The road outside can get quite dusty with all the trucks passing by, but inside we just focus on the screens. It’s the kind of job where you need to be careful with details, so we spend a lot of time double-checking our work. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep it friendly. We aren't into big corporate speeches; we just want to finish our tasks and head home to our families after a long day in 110039.
