We are located at Plot No-16 in Sector-18, right in the middle of Electronic City. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly just rows of buildings and lots of people commuting. High Street Lighting Pvt Ltd has its space here among all the other tech and industrial companies. Our day usually starts early because the traffic around here gets pretty bad if you wait too long. Inside, it’s mostly about lights—testing them, packing them, and talking to suppliers. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We have a lot of samples lying around the office, so it’s always pretty bright in there. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to make sure the lights we sell actually work like they’re supposed to. The team is small, and we’ve known each other for a long time. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. Sometimes the warehouse part of the building gets a bit dusty, but that’s just part of the environment in an industrial sector. We moved here because it made sense for the business, being close to other electronics firms. It’s a practical location for what we do. No fancy showrooms, just a workspace where we get things done and try to keep up with the orders coming in. It’s a straightforward operation and we like keeping it that way without too much fuss or extra noise.
