Our office is located at the ILD Trade Center on Sohna Road. We are on the 5th floor, specifically in units 510 and 511. Being in a trade center means we are surrounded by other businesses and there is a lot of energy in the building. The walk from the parking lot to the elevators can take a minute, and Sohna Road traffic is always a factor to consider when coming in. Our office space is divided between the two units. We have a section for the administrative work and another area where we keep our building materials and project plans. It is a very functional layout. The windows give us a good view of the traffic below and the other buildings nearby. We have standard office furniture, nothing too extravagant. The lighting is bright and we have a small area where staff can take a break. Working on the 5th floor gives us a bit of distance from the noise of the street, although you can still hear the sirens and the heavy trucks sometimes. We use the 510 side for most of our meetings and the 511 side for the quieter paperwork. It’s a professional but down-to-earth environment. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just a place where we get our work done and manage our buildmate projects. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards and the lift operators know us by name.
