Group M Media India Ltd

We are located at Flat No B-11 in Carlton Estate -Iv, which is part of DLF Phase-V in Gurgaon. It’s a bit different from the usual office blocks because it’s a residential complex. Group M Media India Ltd has this space where we handle media stuff. It’s quite peaceful compared to the main Gurgaon roads. We have a view of the other buildings and some trees from the window. Most of us have been working here for a couple of years now. We spend our time on spreadsheets and planning out where ads should go. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, really. We usually bring our own lunch or order from one of the places in the estate. The security at the gate is quite strict, so we have to sign in every morning. It feels a bit more like a home than a workplace sometimes because of the layout of the flat. We have a kitchen where we can make coffee, which is helpful on long afternoons. The commute is okay if you take the metro, though the walk from the station can be hot in the summer. We don't have any fancy lobby or a big sign outside. It’s just a regular door with a small plate on it. We get our work done, talk to the other teams, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a steady kind of life here in Phase-V.
