We have a couple of locations, one being at 742 Sarasvati Vihar in Gurgaon and another office in Jaipur at Love Kush Nagar II near Tonk Phatak. The Gurgaon spot is quite standard, tucked away in a residential-style neighborhood where things are relatively quiet. The Jaipur office over in Tonk Phatak is also pretty straightforward. Gerson Lehrman Group isn't about having a big, shiny building with a lot of glass. We just use these spaces to get our work done. In the Gurgaon office, it’s mostly just desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We don't really do much to decorate. The Jaipur location is similar, just a place to sit and focus on the tasks at hand. It can get a bit hot in both places, so we rely on the fans and the AC quite a bit. We don't have a big team of people in fancy suits. It's just regular folks doing their jobs. Sometimes we get together to talk about how things are going, but mostly it’s just quiet work. The neighbors in Sarasvati Vihar know us as the quiet group at number 742. We don’t make a lot of noise. We just try to stay consistent with what we do and handle the day as it comes. It’s not a complicated setup, and we prefer keeping it that way.
