Saltlake has those wide streets and a lot of trees, which makes walking to the office actually quite nice in the mornings. Our building is a typical Saltlake structure. It has a bit of an old-school feel to it. We aren't in a huge IT park with thousands of people. It’s a more contained space where we can actually hear ourselves think. Inside, we’ve got our rows of desks and all the usual office equipment. It’s nothing spectacular to look at, just a functional place where we spend our eight or nine hours. We have a small balcony where you can see the street below. Sometimes we see the local vendors going by with their carts. The pace here feels a bit slower than Delhi, which we like. We don't have a big cafeteria, so we usually head out to one of the local stalls for some snacks in the evening or just eat our tiffins together. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any fancy mission statements or posters on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done on the systems, and then head home. It’s a good, honest place to work and we’ve been here at Ad178 for a long time now. It suits us just fine.
