A Resourcing Company

We are located at House No 460 in Sector 14, Gurgaon. It is a regular house that we have converted into an office space for A Resourcing Company. Being in a residential sector in Haryana means things are a little quieter than the main commercial hubs like Cyber City. We have a small garden in the front that we try to keep green, though the Gurgaon heat makes it difficult. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and computers. It still feels like a home in some ways, which we actually like. We don't have a formal dress code, so you'll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts. We spend our days sourcing people for various roles, which involves a lot of searching and calling. The kitchen is where we all gather for lunch, and there's usually a debate about which local dhaba has the best dal. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people working out of a house to get things done. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just a delivery person or a neighbor. We like the informal vibe because it keeps the stress down. Sector 14 is a nice area with lots of trees, and it’s a good place to be based. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we are just working hard to fill the positions our clients need us to handle. It is just a normal office in a normal neighborhood.
