A One Recruiters

Our office, A One Recruiters, is over at 104 Sarojini Appt on Kanke Road in Ranchi. It is a quiet enough spot inside an older apartment building, which makes it feel a bit more personal than a big glass office block in the center of town. We spend most of our time going through resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. Since we are on Kanke Road, it is pretty central for anyone coming from different parts of Ranchi to visit us. The room 104 is usually filled with files and the constant sound of phones ringing. We do not have a lot of fancy furniture or modern decorations, just the basics like desks and chairs for interviews. Sometimes people just walk in to drop off their papers, and we try to have a quick chat with them about what they can do. It is a small team here, so we handle everything ourselves from the first call to the final paperwork. We have been doing this for a while now, helping local folks find jobs and businesses find staff. It is not always easy work, but it keeps us busy and connected to the city. Kanke Road can get very busy in the afternoons, but our office stays fairly steady. We are not trying to be some massive global agency. We just know the local market and the people here.
